1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TirelessWorkers.com website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Description of Services

TirelessWorkers.com provides custom AI agent design, development, deployment, and management services. Our agents are built to automate repetitive business tasks including but not limited to website monitoring, news tracking, market price analysis, and custom workflow automation.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Service Engagement

All service engagements begin with a discovery consultation. Upon agreement, we will provide a detailed scope of work, pricing, and timeline. Services are activated only after mutual written confirmation (including email).

  • A 14-day pilot program is available for new clients to evaluate agent performance.
  • Monthly subscriptions begin after the pilot period unless cancelled.
  • Custom agent projects may require a separate agreement with specific deliverables and milestones.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing is provided on a per-project or monthly subscription basis as agreed during onboarding.
  • All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.
  • Payment is due within the terms specified in your invoice.
  • Late payments may result in temporary suspension of agent services until the balance is settled.
  • There are no hidden fees. Setup, hosting, monitoring, and optimization are included in the quoted price.

6. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required for agent setup and operation.
  • Ensure you have the legal right to use any data, systems, or platforms that our agents interact with on your behalf.
  • Notify us promptly of any changes to your systems that may affect agent performance.
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the TirelessWorkers.com website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is our property and is protected by intellectual property laws.
  • Custom agents built for your business are licensed to you for the duration of your active subscription. The underlying framework, tools, and methodologies remain our property.
  • Your data remains your property at all times. We do not claim ownership of any data processed by your agents.

8. Service Availability and Uptime

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all deployed agents. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and shall not be liable for downtime caused by:

  • Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice provided)
  • Third-party service outages beyond our control
  • Force majeure events
  • Issues arising from client-side systems or configurations

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TirelessWorkers.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." While we build and optimize agents with care and expertise, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any results produced by AI agents. AI outputs should be reviewed and validated by qualified personnel where critical decisions are involved.

11. Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice (including email). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if you breach these terms, engage in unlawful activity, or fail to make timely payments.
  • Upon termination, we will provide you with any data processed by your agents upon request within 30 days.

12. Confidentiality

We treat all client data and business information as confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as required to deliver our services or as required by law. This obligation survives the termination of our business relationship.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TirelessWorkers.com harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active clients via email.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
